What we don't have.
- Phone line. Deliberate.
- Web crawlers or automated bidding systems. Every quote is human-touched.
- RFID system. We tested it. For most fleets, the unit cost doesn't justify the data value. Field note on the analysis.
- Cold storage. We ship dry only.
- Hazmat license. Class 4–9 referred to partners.
- Stamping capability for ISPM-15 internal. We source ISPM-15 wood; we don't treat it ourselves.
