Short version: we collect what you give us through the contact form, we use it to reply, and we don't sell or share it. Here's the longer version.
What we collect.
- The information you submit through our contact / lead form — name, company, email, phone, address fields, and your message.
- Server logs of page requests (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse mitigation.
- Cookies are not used for marketing or tracking on this site.
How we use it.
- To reply to your inquiry.
- To follow up if we don't hear back and it seems like we should.
- To maintain a record of customer interactions for service continuity.
Who we share it with.
- Our lead-management vendor (a database that stores submissions securely).
- Email infrastructure providers used to deliver replies.
- Nobody else. We don't sell lists, ever.

Security.
All form submissions travel over HTTPS. Stored data is encrypted at rest with our vendor. We don't store payment information on this site.
Updates.
This policy was last updated on the date the website was last deployed. Material changes are announced on this page.
Cookies and similar technologies.
We use a small set of cookies and similar technologies for the limited purposes below.
- Session cookies. Used to maintain page state during your visit. Expire when you close the tab.
- Analytics cookies. We use PostHog (anonymized) to understand which pages get traffic and where users get stuck. No personally identifying tracking. Configurable via standard browser controls.
- No advertising cookies. We don't serve ads. We don't share data with ad networks.
- No social-media tracking pixels. Not embedded on any page.
Analytics — specifics.
We use PostHog for anonymized site analytics. The data it collects includes:
- Page URL and title.
- Referrer (which site sent you).
- Anonymous device class (mobile / desktop).
- Anonymous browser type.
- Approximate geographic location at the city level.
- Whether you submitted the contact form (a single anonymous event).
We do not store IP addresses with PII linkage. We don't fingerprint browsers. We don't track across sites.
Data retention.
- Form submissions: retained indefinitely in our lead database for customer-relationship continuity. Available for deletion on request.
- Server logs: 30 days, then automatically purged.
- Analytics data: 12 months in PostHog, then aggregated and individual data purged.
Sharing with third parties.
We share data only with the service providers below, and only in the minimum scope necessary to deliver the service:
- Lead management database vendor — stores form submissions securely.
- Email infrastructure (transactional and reply email).
- PostHog (anonymous analytics).
- Vercel (web hosting infrastructure).
- Domain name registrar and DNS providers.
No data is sold. No data is shared with advertisers or marketing networks.
Your rights (extended).
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights regarding your data. We honor the standard set even if not legally required to.
- Right to access: request a copy of what we have on you.
- Right to deletion: request we delete your data from our records.
- Right to correction: request we update inaccurate data.
- Right to opt out: request we stop using your data for any non-essential purpose.
- Right to know: learn what data we have and how it's being used.

For California residents (CCPA).
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The rights listed above all apply. Additionally:
- We do not sell personal information. We do not have a do-not-sell mechanism because we don't sell data to begin with.
- You can request a summary of categories of personal information collected over the past 12 months.
- You can request that we not discriminate based on your exercising any of these rights.
For European residents (GDPR).
Although we do not market to or actively serve European customers, the rights granted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply to any European resident whose data we hold. The legal basis for our processing is one of:
- Consent: when you fill in a form.
- Legitimate interest: when we use analytics to understand site usage.
- Contract necessity: when you become a customer.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Data subject requests are handled within 30 days.
For minors.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security practices.
All form submissions and pages travel over TLS 1.3 HTTPS. Our lead-management vendor encrypts data at rest. We do not store payment information on this site. Internal access to lead data is limited to office staff who handle customer inquiries.
