Why we fit.

Agribusiness customers ship dense, heavy loads at high volume. The economics of reclaimed heavy-wall Gaylords compared to new heavy-wall is among the strongest in our customer base. The wear characteristics of agricultural use are predictable; reused boxes hold up well for the multiple trips typical of this market.

Where we don't fit.

We don't handle live animal feed in any regulated way (medicated feed, etc.). Standard dry grain, seed, and unmedicated feed components are fine; anything with veterinary regulatory profile is not.

How we typically onboard a Agribusiness customer.

  1. First inquiry. You email us. We respond same business day.
  2. Spec conversation. Short back-and-forth to nail down what you need.
  3. Sample order. One pallet or partial trailer to test fit.
  4. Quarterly cadence. If the sample works, we move to recurring orders.
  5. Net-30 terms. After a clean second on-time transaction.
  6. Closed-loop conversation. Once volume is established, we talk about whether a reverse-logistics program makes sense.

Frequently asked.

Can you supply octagonal Gaylord boxes?

Yes, episodically. We stock 50–200 octagonals on the floor at any given time. For larger orders, custom-build is the path.

What ECT rating do you recommend for grain bulk?

Minimum 1,100 ECT for dry grain at 50 lb/cf density. For denser pellet or granule loads, 1,500 ECT or higher.

Do you handle export shipments to Canada?

Routinely. ISPM-15 pallets and food-grade inventory both ship to Canadian agribusiness customers on partner-carrier dispatches.
