Why we fit.
Co-packers are our most natural customer. The mix of products, the variable run sizes, the multi-customer pass-through nature of co-pack operations — all of it maps cleanly onto our inventory model. We have programs running with co-packers from beverage to nutraceutical to industrial chemical.
Where we don't fit.
For co-packers serving large CPG brands with strict outbound packaging specs, we may not be the right vendor for the brand-customer-facing outbound. Custom-build new corrugate is often required. For inbound, internal staging, and reverse-stream, we're the natural fit.
Snapshot numbers.

|---|---|
| Customer share of our volume | ~40% |

| Variable spec count | Up to 12 SKUs per program |
How we typically onboard a Contract customer.
- First inquiry. You email us. We respond same business day.
- Spec conversation. Short back-and-forth to nail down what you need.
- Sample order. One pallet or partial trailer to test fit.
- Quarterly cadence. If the sample works, we move to recurring orders.
- Net-30 terms. After a clean second on-time transaction.
- Closed-loop conversation. Once volume is established, we talk about whether a reverse-logistics program makes sense.
Frequently asked.
Can you ship to my customers on my behalf?
Yes — drop-ship arrangements are standard. Your BOL shows your branding; we're behind the scenes.
Do you handle batch-specific packaging spec changes?
Yes. We can spec each batch differently from the same overall inventory pool. Communication discipline is the key — we need at least 5 business days lead time on a spec change.
Can you support seasonal volume spikes?
Yes, with forecast-based pre-positioning. We need 30 days notice for a 2x volume surge to source the additional inventory.
