Six ways we move good corrugate through your business.
We're not a broker. Every service starts and ends at our Oak Creek yard, with humans we employ doing the lifting, sorting, and shipping.

Details →How services connect.
We talk about six services because customers think about them separately. In practice they connect: a buyout becomes inventory, inventory becomes a sale, a sale needs transport, a returning customer becomes a closed-loop program. The same yard, the same humans, end-to-end.
The flow below is the most common path a customer takes with us across 12–24 months. It is not prescriptive — plenty of customers only ever do one of these and that's fine. But it explains why we structure the offering the way we do.
First contact
Buyer or seller emails us with a problem. Quote returned same business day. About 60% of leads turn into a transaction.
First transaction
A single-load buyout or a single-pallet sale. Smallest viable engagement. Pays for itself, builds the trust.
Recurring orders
Customer comes back. Cadence usually monthly or quarterly. Quotes get faster because we know the spec.
Net-30 terms
After a clean second on-time transaction, terms become available. Most customers move here within 90 days.
Closed-loop conversation
When a customer's volume hits the threshold, we sit down and model whether a closed-loop program pencils out. About a third of recurring customers end up here.
Multi-service relationship
Box buying, pallet swap, IBC reconditioning, occasional pickup, monthly transport. All on one invoice, one schedule, one human contact.
Pricing — the honest version.
We don't publish a price list because the prices move. Used-corrugate pricing tracks the OCC market, virgin-fiber pricing, freight rates, and our regrade-mix. A static published price list would be inaccurate inside 30 days.
What we will commit to: every quote is itemized. Every line item shows the math. Every price holds for the quote period (30 days unless otherwise stated). We don't hide costs in vague "handling" lines.
For repeat customers, we send a one-page market briefing once a quarter showing where the underlying commodity prices are sitting and how that's affecting our buyout and resale rates. The briefing is two minutes to read. It is the most direct thing you'll get from a packaging vendor.
What we don't do.
Being explicit about scope.
- We don't handle Class 4–9 hazmat residue containers. We'll refer you to a licensed partner.
- We don't do retail-shelf-grade brand packaging. Custom new corrugate via our converter partner, but the brand-control workflow isn't our wheelhouse.
- We don't do international (overseas) shipping. We'll handle the ISPM-15 pallet supply, but the freight-forwarder relationship is on you.
- We don't broker — we touch the inventory. If you want a vendor who never sees the boxes, we're not it.
- We don't accept hazardous waste of any kind. Different licenses, different liability profile.
If we can't serve you, we'll usually know one or two people who can. Ask in your email.
Frequently asked.
Which service should I pick if I just have empty boxes to get rid of?
Start with our buyout or on-site pickup service. If the boxes are structurally sound we will pay you for them, and if they are off-grade we will still haul them to our zero-landfill recycling stream.
Do you charge for transport, or is freight bundled into the box price?
Freight is always a separate, itemized line item. We never bury it inside the box price, and if your facility sits along one of our regular Midwest routes you may qualify for a discounted backhaul rate.
What areas do you serve from your Oak Creek yard?
We run our own trucks across Wisconsin, northern Illinois, the Twin Cities corridor, and northwest Indiana, and use partner carriers for Michigan and longer hauls. Drop-off at the yard is welcome too.
How do reverse logistics or closed-loop programs differ from a one-off sale?
A closed-loop program reuses the same boxes trip after trip instead of buying new ones. We regrade and recondition returns, track every cycle, and send a monthly impact report covering reuse rate and avoided fiber.
Are you a broker, or do you actually handle the inventory?
We are not a broker. Every service starts and ends at our Oak Creek yard with people we employ doing the sorting, grading, loading, and shipping. We touch the boxes ourselves.
