Why we fit.

Food-grade inventory is held in a segregated section of the yard. We never mix industrial and food-grade inbound. Our Level 3 IBC wash includes sanitization with food-contact-approved chemistry and a certificate of cleaning with each tote. We've been doing this work for several Wisconsin beverage co-packs and food processors for years.

Where we don't fit.

We don't do primary food-contact packaging — meaning the wrapper or container that touches the food directly. That market requires new, FDA-compliant materials with documented manufacturing chain-of-custody. We're a secondary-packaging vendor.

How we typically onboard a Food customer.

  1. First inquiry. You email us. We respond same business day.
  2. Spec conversation. Short back-and-forth to nail down what you need.
  3. Sample order. One pallet or partial trailer to test fit.
  4. Quarterly cadence. If the sample works, we move to recurring orders.
  5. Net-30 terms. After a clean second on-time transaction.
  6. Closed-loop conversation. Once volume is established, we talk about whether a reverse-logistics program makes sense.

Frequently asked.

Can you guarantee no cross-contamination between food-grade and industrial inbound?

Yes. Food-grade inventory is physically segregated. Inspectors handling food-grade rotate separately. We document the chain-of-custody for every food-grade unit.

What allergen segregation can you provide?

On request, we can hold inventory segregated by major allergen exposure (dairy, gluten, peanut). The segregation adds cost but is available for customers who need it.

Do you handle dry-ice or refrigerated shipping?

No — we ship dry only. Refrigerated transport is handled via partner carriers on request.
