Why we fit.

Standard non-hazmat industrial chemical handling is well within our scope. We've been reconditioning IBCs for industrial detergent, lubricant, adhesive, and coating customers for years. Level 2 wash with verified prior-contents documentation is the typical fit.

Where we don't fit.

We don't handle Class 4–9 hazmat residue containers. We don't recondition IBCs whose prior contents we can't verify. We don't accept hazardous waste of any kind. For hazmat needs, we'll refer you to two RCRA-permitted partners we trust.

How we typically onboard a Chemical customer.

  1. First inquiry. You email us. We respond same business day.
  2. Spec conversation. Short back-and-forth to nail down what you need.
  3. Sample order. One pallet or partial trailer to test fit.
  4. Quarterly cadence. If the sample works, we move to recurring orders.
  5. Net-30 terms. After a clean second on-time transaction.
  6. Closed-loop conversation. Once volume is established, we talk about whether a reverse-logistics program makes sense.

Frequently asked.

Can I send you IBCs that previously held flammable solvent?

No. Class 3 (flammable liquid) is outside our scope. Same for Classes 4 through 9.

What documentation do you require to recondition my IBCs?

Specific prior-contents declaration (product name, not category), source facility, and date of last use. We won't accept "various chemicals" as a declaration.

Do you offer custom-built UN-spec packaging?

No — UN-rated hazmat packaging requires specialized supply we don't maintain. We'll refer you to a UN-spec packaging vendor.
