How we organize the floor.
Our 60,000-square-foot indoor yard runs four major lanes plus a recycling and IBC sub-yard. If you ever take the tour, this is what you'll walk past:
Intake bay
Three dock-high doors. Every inbound trailer photographed against BOL before unloading begins. Pallet tags issued on the dock.
Regrade station
Two inspectors at a time on a normal Tuesday. Inspector calibration runs at this lane Monday mornings 07:30–08:15.
Repair bench
Flap replacement, pallet swap, re-tape, re-strap, lid pairing. About 30% of Grade-C inbound becomes Grade-B after this bench.
Outbound staging
Lane 4 holds about 1,800 boxes at any given moment, organized by outbound BOL. Photos taken before trailer doors close.
IBC wash & test
Three-station IBC reconditioning. Level 1 industrial rinse, Level 2 detergent wash, Level 3 food-grade certified.
Recycling bale yard
Off-grade corrugate baled and staged for the weekly mill pull. Bale weights documented. Mill partner runs Tuesday and Friday.
A short note on fit and finish.
We get asked occasionally why our reclaimed Gaylord boxes "look more presentable" than what customers have received from other yards. The answer is mostly the repair bench. About 30% of our outbound inventory has been through some kind of touch-up: a replaced flap, a new lid, a fresh strap, a re-taped seam. None of this is dramatic; all of it adds up.
We don't hide that the box is used. We just don't ship boxes that look like an afterthought. A reclaimed box that arrives clean and intact has a much better second life than one that arrives looking like it survived a war.

Frequently asked.
Can I mix product families on a single quote?
Yes — most quotes do mix. We routinely quote loads that combine Gaylord boxes, paired pallets, and accessories. IBC totes can ride on the same trailer when space allows.
Do you have private-label or co-branded packaging?
Custom-build orders can include 1- and 2-color flexo print. We don't print on reclaimed inventory — the existing print history conflicts with new branding.
What's the difference between Grade B with lid and Grade B without?
About $4–6 per box in price, and about 2–3 extra trips in useful life. The lid pays back inside two trips for most multi-trip use cases.
Do you stock the unusual footprints?
Depends on the week. Common ones (48×40, 45×38, 40×48) almost always. Uncommon (42×42, octagonal, 36-cube) episodically. Email for current floor.
Can I see real photos of the actual boxes before ordering?
Yes. We send a representative sample shot with every initial quote and BOL-matched photos before any trailer rolls.
