For truck drivers.

The yard has three dock-high doors. All three sit on the east side of the building. Trailer staging is in the parking lot east of the dock — there's room for 6–8 trailers staged at any time.

  • Check-in: Office door is at the south end of the dock face. Driver signs in with the duty dispatcher.
  • Dock approach: Pull straight in from the lot. The dock guides are visible. Wheel chocks are provided.
  • Loading window: Most loads complete in 45–90 minutes. Detention starts after 2 hours.
  • Restroom and break area: Inside the office building, accessible during loading.
  • After hours: Yard is closed and gated outside 7 AM – 5 PM CT. Drop trailers must be pre-arranged.

For visitors and tours.

We run yard tours by appointment. A typical tour takes about 45 minutes and walks through every operational lane.

Scheduling a tour

Email us two or three preferred dates. We'll confirm within one business day. Most tours run between 9:30 and 14:30 to avoid the busiest dock periods.

What to wear

  • Closed-toe shoes. Steel-toe preferred but not required for visitors.
  • Long pants. No shorts. Yard has corrugate edges, banding, and pallet splinters.
  • Layers. The dock area is unheated. Winter tours can be cold.
  • Hard hat and safety glasses. We provide both. Hi-vis vest available on request.

What to bring

  • Your photo ID for the visitor log.
  • If you're evaluating us as a vendor, bring a spec or sample of what you're trying to ship — we can do better matching on the spot.
  • Questions. Coffee will be available.

What you'll see

  1. Intake bay and an incoming trailer being unloaded.
  2. Regrade station with live inspection happening.
  3. The repair bench.
  4. IBC wash station (subject to schedule).
  5. Outbound staging lanes.
  6. Bale yard.
  7. The office and a short conversation about specific questions.

Parking, access, security.

  • Visitor parking on the south side of the office, four marked spots.
  • Truck parking only in the staging lot — not in visitor spots.
  • The gate is open during business hours (Mon – Fri 7 to 5 CT).
  • Security camera coverage of the dock, parking lot, and bale yard.
  • The building is sprinklered and inspected annually.
  • No public restrooms — drivers and visitors use the office facilities.

Frequently asked.

Can I just walk in without an appointment?

You can. For specific inventory questions we'd rather you email first because we may not have the right person on the floor in the moment. For tours, please schedule.

Do you accept walk-in recycling drop-offs?

Yes — Mon to Fri 7 to 5 CT. The dock team can scale and pay on the spot for loads above ~100 lbs. Receipts emailed within 24 hours.

Where do I park if I'm visiting?

Four visitor spots on the south side of the office. Marked. The dock-side lot is for trucks only.

Is there a Saturday option for inquiries?

The office is closed Saturday. Inbox is monitored lightly. Urgent same-day inquiries are very unlikely to be answered Saturday but will be first thing Monday.

Do you have a mailing address separate from the yard?

No. All physical mail goes to the yard at 7335 S 10th St, Oak Creek, WI 53154. Office reception logs and routes mail Monday afternoons.

What's the fastest way to get a quote?

The form above. Make sure required fields are completed and the message field has enough detail to answer the basic spec questions. Typical quote turnaround is 4 hours during business hours, next morning if you submit after 4 PM CT.
