Why we fit.

We run two recurring closed-loop programs with Tier-1 automotive suppliers in Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Both programs hit reuse rates above 85% with documented cycle-time discipline. Automotive supply is one of the cleanest fits for our model because the routes are predictable, the cycle times are short, and the receiving facilities are cooperative.

Where we don't fit.

We don't do returnable plastic containers (RPCs) — the dominant format for OEM-facing supply. Where the spec calls for RPCs, we'll refer you to a specialty vendor. We complement rather than replace those programs.

How we typically onboard a Automotive customer.

  1. First inquiry. You email us. We respond same business day.
  2. Spec conversation. Short back-and-forth to nail down what you need.
  3. Sample order. One pallet or partial trailer to test fit.
  4. Quarterly cadence. If the sample works, we move to recurring orders.
  5. Net-30 terms. After a clean second on-time transaction.
  6. Closed-loop conversation. Once volume is established, we talk about whether a reverse-logistics program makes sense.

Frequently asked.

Can you support JIT delivery cadence?

For recurring programs, yes — pre-positioned trailers and fixed-window dispatches are how we handle this. For one-off orders, lead times start at next-day local.

Do you ship to Tier-1 suppliers internationally?

We ship to the US-Canada border with ISPM-15 pallets routinely. Overseas shipment is handled by partner freight-forwarders; we provide the packaging spec and supply.

Can you spec packaging for specific OEM requirements?

Custom-build orders can match most documented OEM packaging specifications. Provide the spec sheet and we'll quote.
