IBC Tanks Milwaukee is a referral service. We take quote requests for used IBC totes, Gaylord boxes and pallets and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare and fulfil quotes. This policy explains what we collect and who receives it.
What the form collects.
- Your first and last name, email address and phone number.
- Optionally, your company, street address, city and state.
- Your ZIP or postal code.
- Details of your request: product, service, quantity, grade, timeframe and message.
- Whether you ticked the box agreeing to text messages about your request.
- How you reached the site: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign tags in the link (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs), and an existing Google Analytics client ID if your browser already has one. These are held in your browser's session storage until you submit the form.
How it is used and shared.
When you submit the form, your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which passes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can contact you and prepare a quote. Partner suppliers are independent businesses and handle your information under their own privacy practices. We don't sell your information.
Text messages.
If you tick the text message box, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Ticking the box is optional and isn't required to submit a request.
Analytics and cookies.
This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see how pages are used. Visitors in Europe, or whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, are counted without cookies or storage on their device. Session recording is turned off. The site sets no advertising cookies.
Retention.
Requests are kept by the lead platform for as long as needed to handle them and keep a record of the referral. Partner suppliers who receive your request keep it under their own policies.
Your choices.
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a request through the contact form and say what you need in the message field. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
